MS Clarity Analyst

Role : MSClarity Analyst. Job Description : MS Clarity Analyst role is to help deliver analytics for multiple web properties and support rhythm of business for multiple business stakeholders. You will work with client's marketing and business partners to define Key Performance Indicators, (KPIs), for new projects/enhancements. You will define the best analytics approach using Adobe Analytics Product Suite. Responsibilities : - Full responsibility for analytics needs across customer analytics platforms. - Gathers, interprets, and uses complex data to develop actionable steps that will improve processes and optimize results. - Generate reports using available analytical tools and providing insights and recommendations based on data. - Proactively identifies issues and recommends resolutions, working closely with key business stakeholder to offer alternatives and enhancements. - Deliver clear and actionable recommendations to improve and optimize the customer experience. - Apply industry knowledge to interpret data and improve performance. - Keep abreast of industry news and trends. Requirements : - Experience with MSClarity is must and knowledge on Adobe Analytics preferred. - Experience in Web Analytics & Digital Marketing domain. - Excellent presentation and data visualisation skills. - Excellent problem solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Experience handling Structured (SQL Server, Kusto), RDBMS and unstructured datasets (Cosmos DB). - Degree educated Computer Science, Mathematics, or an analytical / marketing business discipline. - Adobe Analytics certifications are a plus. - Good to have knowledge of Advanced Excel. - Good to have knowledge of source control system (Git / GitHub), Azure DevOps methodology. - Good to have knowledge on programming languages such as SQL, DAX, scripting languages (Scope, Python).
