Job Description : We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior DevOps Engineer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cloud infrastructure and a deep understanding of infrastructure as code (IAC). As a Senior DevOps Engineer at SyncIQ.ai, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the scalability, security, and efficiency of our cloud-based systems, as well as leading project delivery for various clients. Key Responsibilities : - Design, implement, and manage scalable cloud infrastructure on AWS and Azure. - Develop and maintain infrastructure as code (IAC) using tools like Terraform, CloudFormation, or similar. - Lead project delivery for various clients, ensuring timely and successful implementation of DevOps solutions. - Collaborate with development teams to streamline CI/CD pipelines and improve deployment processes. - Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize system performance and security. - Automate operational tasks and processes to improve system reliability and efficiency. - Implement and maintain best practices for cloud security, scalability, and cost optimization. - Mentor and provide guidance to junior engineers and other team members. Required Skills and Qualifications : - Experience : 5 - 6 years of experience in DevOps or a related field. - Cloud Expertise : Proven expertise in managing cloud environments, particularly AWS and Azure. - Infrastructure as Code (IAC) : Strong experience with IAC tools such as Terraform, CloudFormation, or Ansible. - Project Delivery : Experience in leading project delivery and working directly with clients to implement DevOps solutions. - Automation : Proficiency in automating processes and using tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, or similar for CI/CD. - Security : Solid understanding of cloud security best practices. - Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. - Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
