Job Title : AEM Developer Experience : 5 Years Location : Remote Notice Period : Immediate Job Overview : We are looking for an experienced AEM Developer with a strong focus on AEM Digital Asset Management (DAM) and AEM Assets. The ideal candidate should have at least 5 years of experience in implementing and managing AEM DAM solutions. This is a remote position, and the candidate must be available for immediate joining. Key Responsibilities : - Develop and manage AEM Digital Asset Management (DAM) solutions. - Configure and optimize AEM Assets for managing, storing, and delivering digital assets. - Integrate AEM with other marketing and enterprise systems. - Ensure smooth and efficient functioning of DAM systems, including file upload, processing, storage, and distribution. - Work closely with cross-functional teams to align AEM solutions with business needs. - Provide expertise and best practices for DAM processes, workflows, and asset taxonomy. - Troubleshoot and resolve AEM-related issues in a timely manner. Required Skills : - Primary Skill : Expertise in AEM Digital Asset Management (DAM). - Hands-on experience with AEM Assets, including asset ingestion, metadata management, workflows, and permissions. - Strong understanding of digital content lifecycle management. - Proficiency in AEM authoring tools, templates, and components. - Experience in integrating AEM with third-party tools and services. - Familiarity with various digital asset formats, optimization, and delivery. Qualifications : - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. - 5 years of relevant experience in AEM DAM and AEM Assets. - Experience working in Agile or Scrum environments is a plus.
