React.js Developer - Frontend Architecture

Job Description : Key Responsibilities : - Frontend Development Leadership: Design, develop, and maintain highly responsive web applications using React.js. - Solution Architecture: Collaborate with the team to create scalable and maintainable frontend architectures. - Code Reviews: Conduct reviews and provide constructive feedback to uphold code quality and best practices. - Mentorship: Guide and support junior developers, promoting a culture of continuous learning and improvement. - Collaboration: Work closely with UI/UX designers to transform design prototypes into interactive and visually engaging web applications. - Testing: Implement and uphold strong testing strategies, including unit, integration, and end-to-end tests. - Performance Optimization: Identify and resolve performance issues to ensure smooth and fast user experiences. - Stay Updated: Keep abreast of the latest industry trends and technologies to maintain modern and competitive applications. Qualifications : - Experience: Over 5 years of professional frontend development experience, with a strong emphasis on React.js. - Proficiency: In-depth knowledge of JavaScript, ES6, and modern web development methodologies. - Technologies: Strong experience with HTML5, CSS3, and preprocessors like SASS or LESS. - State Management: Proficient in state management libraries such as Redux or the Context API. - Tooling: Familiarity with modern build tools and package managers, including Webpack, Babel, npm, and Yarn. - Version Control: Experience with version control systems, preferably Git. - Testing: Familiarity with testing frameworks such as Jest, Enzyme, or React Testing Library. - Agile Environment: Comfortable working in an Agile/Scrum setup. - Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and a collaborative approach. Preferred Qualifications : - UI/UX Knowledge : Understanding of UI/UX principles and the ability to collaborate effectively with designers. - TypeScript : Experience with TypeScript is a bonus. - CI/CD Familiarity : Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices. - Open Source Contribution : Contributions to open-source projects or a strong online portfolio (e.g., GitHub).
