Data Engineer

Job Description : Data engineer and ETL developer - The data engineer will be responsible for creating and managing robust data systems, developing efficient data pipelines, and designing ETL processes to ensure smooth data integration and transformation. - Candidates should have 4 - 5 years of strong background in ETL tools, SQL, and scripting languages, along with experience in data warehousing, cloud platforms, and big data technologies. - This role provides an excellent opportunity to work on challenging data integration projects, apply your expertise in advanced technologies, and contribute to building reliable and scalable data solutions. Responsibilities : - Design, construct, install, test, and maintain data management systems - Develop and maintain data pipelines to facilitate the efficient and reliable movement of data across systems. - Ensure the architecture allows for seamless data integration, transformation, and storage - Design and implement ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes to move data from various sources to data warehouses or other storage solutions. Focus on data cleaning, transformation, and integration to ensure data quality Experience : - Experienced with ETL tools (Informatica, Talend, Apache NiFi), SQL, scripting languages (Python, Shell), Data warehousing concepts, and data profiling. - Experienced in SQL, ETL tools, Data modelling Programming (Python, Java, Scala), Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) Big data technologies (Hadoop, Spark) and Orchestration tools (Airflow, Luigi, AWS Glue).
