Software Engineer - PL-SQL

LOOKING FOR IMMEDIATE JOINERS ONLY Experience : - MUST have 2 years of Oracle SQL developer Position. - Good exposure in writing PLSQL/SQL, AWS RDS. - Develop high-quality database solutions. - Use T-SQL to develop and implement procedures and functions, writing complex queries. - Involve in creating and managing tables, indexes, DB links and privileges. - Review and interpret ongoing business report requirements. - Must be aware of the MetaBase tool. - Build appropriate and useful reporting deliverables. - Analyze existing SQL queries for performance improvements. - Suggest new queries improvement / optimization of queries. - Develop procedures and scripts for data migration. - Program databases, query data and manage data with T SQL. - Ensure high levels of data availability. - Database backup and recovery. - Analyze log files to identify performance issues. - Should be able to perform SQL profiling. - Schedule jobs to automate different database related activities including backup, monitoring database health, disk space, backup verification. - Ability to establish best practices and identify gaps to drive process improvements. - Prior experience in troubleshooting Production failures, specifically working on SLA based delivery in Operations/Support project. - Hands-on experience in operation management (Dev & Ops team) to ensure project timelines, team productivity and quality of deliverables. - Provide timely scheduled management reporting. - Investigate exceptions with regard to asset movements. Educational Qualification : - Bachelor's degree / Master's degree (B.Tech / M.Tech ) / Other Degree Responsibilities : - Preparing the mapping documents for the existing/new database objects. - Should be able to perform SQL profiling. - Analyse the performance issues of existing stored procedures and fine tune performance of the system. - Identifies and proposes database system improvements and changes. - Builds and executes data queries for business partners. - Implements systems changes, upgrades, and modifications according to business needs. - Maintain active relationships with stakeholders to understand business requirements, lead requirement gathering meetings and review designs with the stakeholders. - Perform technical design reviews and code reviews. - Perform peer reviews on source code to ensure reuse, scalability and the use of best practices. - Participate in collaborative technical discussions that focus on design, architecture, and development. - Identify opportunities that can improve efficiency of business processes. - Troubleshoot software application and technical issues - identify modifications needed in existing applications to meet changing user requirements Job Essentials : - Must have the ability to work independently. - Excellent communication and mentoring skills. - Must have good behavior and communication. - Functional Area: IT Software - eCommerce/ Mobile App/ Internet Technologies.
