Oracle Fusion/BPM Consultant

Responsibilities : - Designing, developing, and testing process automation in Oracle BPM, OSB, and Oracle BRMS. - Collaborating with business analysts and users to analyze business requirements and define technical project scope. - Analyzing business processes to understand and measure how well they perform over time. - Oracle Business Process Management (BPM) is a set of tools that helps businesses create, execute, and optimize their processes. It allows for collaboration between business and IT to automate and optimize business processes. Some skills that are relevant for an Oracle BPM developer include : - Process modeling skills and Developing and executing service-oriented solutions. - Will be working closely with Business teams and Business Application development team in establishing the System Architecture for Oracle SOA/BPM platform. - Will be responsible for understanding Business requirements, effort estimation, owning optimal end-to-end solution design, preparing Solution Architecture Document, designing Business Service Architecture and deployment architecture, conforming to non-functional requirements in solution architecture, adhering to application performance SLAs. - Expert in implementation of Oracle Fusion Middleware - BPM 11g, SOA Suite 11g and Oracle ADF. - Oracle BPM experts with hands-on experience of implementing end-to-end BPM solution from planning, estimation to development, delivery in Agile iterative way - Should be able to work in a small group and interface directly with client/project counterparts to ensure delivery schedule and quality is met with minimal or no oversight (ref:hirist.tech)
