EDI Sterling Engineer - B2B Integration

Job Description : - 5 years' experience in IBM Sterling B2B Integrator and associated suite of products. - Extensive knowledge in BPML Business Processing Modelling Language in Sterling integrator using the existing services and adaptors. - Expert understanding of industry standard file transfer protocols SFTP FTPS AS2 HTTPS. - Strong knowledge in creating transfers using ConnectDirect. - Excellent analytical logical and understanding skills. - Highly skilled in complex problem-solving critical thinking applying judgement building consensus and decision making. - Worked on PGP encryption and decryption tools. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills including the ability to work effectively with technical and nontechnical staff. - Strong written and verbal communication skills in English with the ability to translate complex technical information into an engaging and understandable format for customers and business leaders. - Experience of leading geographically dispersed teams and managing stakeholder expectations. - Excellent planning and organizational skills with a proven track record of strategic execution. - L3 support capabilities participate in crisis calls for service recovery MIRs and SIPs Own the resolution of problems in hand demonstrate analytical and problem management skills to drive the resolution and prevent recurrence Manage and coordinate the resolution of production incidents along with RCA. - Knowledge in production support release management delivery artifacts and delivery management. - Understanding CICD pipelines monitoring and observability tools eg AppDynamics Splunk etc would be an added advantage. - Programming experience Java SQL XPATH XSLT Unix shell script. - Database management experience Oracle and SQL Server. - Proven ability and willing to learn new technologies. - A strong level of IT literacy including a broad knowledge of IT infrastructure operating systems networking security. - Strong sense of do the right thing in relation to standards and governance. - Flexible to work in rotating shifts and provide out of hours support on rotation basis to support the services. - Certifications IBM or equivalent would be an added advantage has context menu.
