Java/C++ Architect - Backend Architecture

Job Title : C++/Java Architect - Role Type : Hybrid / Full-Time Domain : Capital Markets, Financial Services Job Description : We are looking for an experienced C++/Java Architect with a strong background in capital markets and backoffice trading operations. The ideal candidate will have in-depth expertise in developing financial systems such as Risk Management Systems (RMS) and Order Management Systems (OMS), along with a deep understanding of trading lifecycles. Key Responsibilities : - Design and develop scalable, low-latency, and high-availability systems for Front Office and RMS applications in capital markets. - Lead the integration of OMS and RMS for seamless operations in trading environments. - Develop high-performance systems using C++ and Java with a focus on multi-threading, concurrency, and real-time data processing. - Implement risk management, order management, and pricing functionalities in financial trading systems. - Optimize system performance for high-frequency trading environments. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective system architecture and scalability. - Manage the integration of financial protocols like FIX and real-time market data handling. Key Requirements : - 10-12 years of experience in software development, with significant expertise in C++ and Java. - Proven experience in capital market product development, with knowledge of backoffice trading operations, ledger funds, and RMS applications. - Strong understanding of system architecture, design patterns, and scalable system design. - Hands-on experience with multi-threading, concurrency, and performance optimization in real-time systems. - Familiarity with financial protocols (e.g., FIX) and market data handling. - Proficiency in Unix/Linux environments and development tools for C++ and Java. - Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure. - Knowledge of databases (SQL and NoSQL) and data modeling for large-scale, real-time systems.
