L2 WAF Engineer - Incident Management

Job Summary : Location : Mumbai (Navi Mumbai - Airoli) Years of Experience Required : 2 - 4 Years Notice Period : Immediate to 30 Days Shift Timing : Rotational Shifts Mode of interview : Virtual Rounds of interview : 3 (Technical Managerial HR) Responsibilities : - Implementation and Maintenance of WAF solutions - Monitoring networks to prevent service degradation - Incident, problem, and change management within WAF environments - Performance checks, security audits, compliance, and patch updates - Troubleshooting and resolving network and WAF incidents up to OSI layer Skills : - Hands-on WAF Management abilities - Proficient in handling F5 WAF Certified environments - Packet capture and analysis (Wireshark/Pcap expertise) - 3 years of experience in Network Security in managing WAF solutions - Scripting and Automation skills - Strong in packet Capture, Analysis, and Troubleshooting Tools - Windows, Linux, Unix Environments - Authentication Authorization tools (email, AD, IAM, SIEM) - Certifications : Product Certification in PA/Checkpoint/Cisco ASA/Fortinet (Any one) - Experience in Automating processes using scripting, configuration (SOAR) tools - Excellent Verbal and Written Communication Skills : - Experience with REST API/SDK integrations - Capacity to work in a 24/7 setup - Product knowledge of WAF Solutions Qualification : - Experience : At least 3 years in WAF management - Certifications : F5 WAF Certified Professional (ref:hirist.tech)
