Job Description : Key Responsibilities : - Design, develop, and implement SharePoint solutions using SharePoint 2013/2016/2019 and various client side object models. - Create and implement custom workflows using SharePoint Designer and Visual Studio to streamline business processes. - Develop Single Page Applications (SPAs) using SharePoint Object Model, leveraging Vue.js for the front end and SharePoint as the backend. - Advocate and implement best practices in front-end development, focusing on HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and modern frameworks (React.js, Vue.js). - Demonstrate a good understanding of asynchronous request handling, AJAX, and partial updates to enhance user experience. - Utilize BIZTalk, Web Services (JSON, ASMX), and Windows Services to integrate SharePoint solutions with other applications. - Analyze and diagnose end-user problems, prescribing effective solutions to enhance productivity and user satisfaction. - Develop clean, efficient, and reusable code using modern development tools and techniques. - Work closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver tailored solutions. - Engage with customers directly to understand their needs, provide training, and ensure high satisfaction with implemented solutions. Required Skills and Experience : - Strong proficiency in SharePoint 2013, 2016, and 2019. - Deep understanding of SharePoint object models and APIs. - Expertise in .NET Framework, C#, ASP.NET, and Visual Studio. - Experience with front-end frameworks like React or Vue.js. - Knowledge of web services (SOAP and REST), JSON, and XML. - Experience with SharePoint Designer workflow development. - Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
