Jira Architect - Configuration Management

Job Description : - Manage the entire product lifecycle of JIRA, from implementation to maintenance and enhancements. - Work with a Cross-Functional teams, Product Owners and Business Teams to gather requirements and inputs to establish Jira workflows, dashboards, and reports. - Create and maintain JIIRA Configurations, and ensure security best practices are implemented - Strong ability to communicate technical ideas and defend rationale for technical decisions - Collaborate with Developers, QA, DevOps, and Business Users to manage the overall Jira Platform. - Provide technical support and troubleshooting for the Jira Platform and application. Develop and enhance JIRA workflows, permission schemes, notification schemes, customized pages for company-wide use. - Jira Service Desk Product SME - JIRA Service Desk Cloud product experience - JIRA implementation experience - JIRA cloud integration experience (integrating for authentication, services, REST API, etc - ITSM knowledgeable Outline Best Practice for : - Incident Management - Problem Management - Change management - Knowledge management - Release Management - Service Catalogue - Critical Incident handling - Asset Management using ITIL foundations as a framework - Understand Service Desk out of the box capability - Assess current workflows and processes in existing Service Desk versioning, and performing a gap analysis of requirements needed for successful implementation of Jira Service Desk (ref:hirist.tech)
