C# Developer - .Net Programming

Must have Skills : C#, Docker/ K8s, Linux C# Senior Developer is a senior role responsible for owning the development and delivery of high quality software solutions as per the requirements of the project with minimal support. As a Senior C# Developer, you will be responsible for leading the development of complex software projects, ensuring code quality, scalability, and performance. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, mentor junior developers, and contribute to critical technical decisions. Responsibilities : Technical : - Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable, and secure applications and services using C# and the .NET platform with a focus on best practices, performance, and maintainability - Contribute to technical design discussions and make critical decisions - Improve existing applications by identifying areas of improvement, refactoring code, and implementing new technologies and frameworks - Participate in all phases of the software development life cycle (SDLC), including planning, design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance - Ensure software quality by following industry best practices, performing unit testing, and adhering to CI/CD pipelines - Optimize performance and troubleshoot complex issues in production environments - Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies, trends, and best practices in software development and .NET ecosystem - Leverage deep hands-on experience to deliver technical tasks ensuring high quality and diligence with attention to detail and ability to learn quickly Project Planning and Execution : - Collaborate with project leads and managers to support project scoping, planning, timelines, estimations, and deliverables - Support the technical planning and execution of projects, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results - Provide regular project status updates to stakeholders - Identify and mitigate technical risks, ensuring the successful delivery of projects Team Collaboration : - Foster a collaborative and innovative team environment - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical approach for the solutions - Participate in regular team meetings, performance evaluations, and skill development sessions Code Review and Quality Assurance : - Conduct code reviews to maintain code quality and adherence to coding standards - Implement and enforce best practices for coding, testing, and documentation - Work closely with QA teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality, bug-free software - Ensure the creation and maintenance of relevant technical documentation Troubleshooting and Support : - Support the resolution of technical issues and challenges - Provide support and troubleshooting assistance to team members and other relevant stakeholders Additional Preferred Skills : - Experience with agile development methodologies - Experience with microservices and Azure cloud platform - Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a dynamic work environment - Problem-solving mindset and a proactive approach to challenges - Familiarity with cloud platforms and services, cloud-native development tools and technologies such as containers, Docker, Kubernetes - Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools (ref:hirist.tech)
