Job Description
Job description : We are currently seeking a diligent and technically proficient Application Support Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will have 1-4 years of experience in providing Level 1 and 2 support for software applications, with a strong foundation in MS SQL and Windows environments. Key Responsibilities : - Serve as the first point of contact for end-users seeking technical assistance with our software applications. - Receive, triage, and prioritise support tickets according to urgency and impact. - Provide timely and effective resolution to Level 1 and Level 2 issues, including troubleshooting software functionality and user access. - Document support activities, including ticket updates, resolutions, and communication with end-users. - Only candidates willing to relocate to Mumbai can apply. Qualifications : - Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field preferred. - Minimum of 2 year of experience in a Level 1 and 2 application support role. - Proficiency in MS SQL for basic querying and data analysis (ref:hirist.tech)
