Odoo Team Lead - Python Programming

Key Responsibilities : - Lead a team of Odoo developers, providing technical guidance and mentorship. - Oversee the technical aspects of Odoo projects, ensuring adherence to best practices and coding standards. - Stay up-to-date with the latest Odoo developments and industry trends. - Manage the entire project lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment and post-implementation support. - Plan, schedule, and track project timelines and milestones. - Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and translate them into technical solutions. - Design, develop, and customize Odoo modules to meet specific business requirements. - Integrate Odoo with third-party systems and APIs. - Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
