Job Description : - 5 years of professional experience as a UX Developer. - Responsible for designing, developing, and implementing high-quality Application Development business solution. - Create intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces (UI) that align with the overall design and branding guidelines. - Develop wireframes, prototypes, and mock-ups to effectively communicate and validate design concepts and interactions. - Conduct user research activities, such as interviews, surveys, and usability tests, to gain insights into user needs, behaviours, and preferences. - Analyse and synthesize user research findings to inform design decisions and iterate on UI/UX designs based on user feedback. - Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and stakeholders, to ensure alignment and understanding of user requirements and design objectives. - Advocate for user-centred design principles and ensure the user's perspective is considered throughout the product development lifecycle. - Conduct user testing sessions, both remote and in-person, to evaluate and validate the usability and effectiveness of UI/UX designs. - Analyse and interpret user testing results to identify areas of improvement and provide actionable recommendations for enhancing the user experience. - Stay up to date with the latest UI/UX design trends, best practices, and emerging technologies, and apply them to deliver innovative and user-friendly designs. - Collaborate with developers to ensure the successful implementation of UI/UX designs, providing guidance and support as needed.
