 Location: On the Road (Halifax, Nova Scotia) 
Rewarding Pay Structure: Earn $25 for every assessment scheduled and boost your income with up to $225 for each successful close!
Average Weekly Pay: $1,225 - $3,000

Your Role as a Community Assessment Coordinator:
As a Community Assessment Coordinator, you'll be the driving force behind our  mission to make Nova Scotia greener, one home at a time. You'll engage with  homeowners, generate quality leads, and set appointments, paving the way for our  team to close the deal.

Responsibilities:

  • Engage and Inspire: Capture the interest of potential customers through direct,  door-to-door engagement.
  • Achieve and Exceed: Consistently meet and exceed lead generation targets  (15+ leads per week).
  • Community Builder: Foster positive, no-pressure relationships within the  community and enhance brand awareness.
  • Team Collaborator: Participate in team meetings and training sessions to stay  updated on the latest HVAC technology and lead generation techniques.
What We’re Looking For:
  • Confident Communicator: Excellent verbal communication skills with the  ability to engage and inspire homeowners.
  • Self-Driven: A go-getter with a results-driven attitude and a strong work ethic.
  • Sales Savvy: Background in direct sales, outbound sales, or related fields is a  plus (HVAC experience not required).
  • Team-Oriented: Thrive in a team setting and commit to skill development  through weekly practice and coaching sessions.
