Job Description

Cognizant Technology Solutions is currently seeking a highly skilled SAP QEA Program Manager who will be responsible to work closely with customer SMEs/Leads for in-person conversations on solution and should need to be technically savvy to understand the directions from the customer.

Responsibilities:
  • Create Strategy & Plan Documents per project needs.
  • Ensure compliance and validations thru GxP is strictly adhered without any deviations and zero tolerance.
  • Prepare estimation of effort and delivery timelines for the identified scope.
  • Prepare delivery plans, roadmap and deliverables across the timeline etc.,
  • Provide points of view and thought leadership during the discussion
  • Closely work Client to understand business process and identify potential test scenarios.
  • Help with approaches, options and solution for any pain points the customer may have
  • Work with the delivery team to build joint solution, as needed
  • Front end all the customer communication
  • Work with infrastructure teams to ensure all required setup is in place for Environment to be up and running all the time.
  • Closely track the application and environment downtimes and plan day-to-day operations accordingly.
  • Share timely reports showing overall test progress, productivity, value adds etc.
  • Support in building robust regression test repository.
  • Publish Test Catalogue at regular intervals to bring awareness across the board.
  • Perform maintenance and support of Regression Repository as needed.
  • Support organizational initiatives to building new capabilities.
  • Help training internal associates on various functional areas to equip them in support their respective automation projects/initiatives.
  • Support RFPs in terms of capability presentations, effort estimations, resourcing etc.,
Required Skills/Qualifications:
  • 18+ years of SAP QA experience including but not limited to Applications involving both GUI and Web Ui based applications, both on SAP ECC and S/4 HANA.
  • Strong hands-on experience on SAP functional areas involving E2E Business Process.
  • 5+ years of experience in Life Science domain related to processes and customers.
  • Extensive experience on compliance related activities across GxP and various Validations.
  • Should have worked on multiple projects in SAP ECC / S/4 HANA covering implementations such as Greenfield, Brownfield, Migration, Carveout projects.
  • Good understanding in atleast 2 of the SAP functional E2E business flows such as FICO / PTP / SCM / OTC along with exposure to 4+ functional modules.
  • Knowledge of Automation Tools – Tosca/Worksoft/UFT etc.,
  • Building business cases to support implementation of solutions.
  • Extensively worked and hands-on experience in Configurations and Testing across SDLC/STLC.
  • Extensive experience in developing Test Strategy, Test Plan documents.
  • Remediation of existing Test scripts and convert them from ECC to S/4 Hana.
  • Preferred to have overall Project Management and Program Management Skills.
  • Knowledge of other automation tools for functional and performance testing.
Preferred Skills/Qualification:
  • Experience of ERPs other than SAP – eg: Oracle, CRM, BPM etc.,
  • Extensively worked on Compliance and Validations thru GxP for Life Science Accounts/Projects
  • SAP S/4 Hana Certifications preferred
  • Test Automation tools such as TOSCA/WorkSoft/UFT etc.
