Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced MES Deployment Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading the deployment of Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) across multiple sites, ensuring seamless integration and functionality. This role requires a strong technical background, excellent project management skills, and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional and site business teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the deployment of MES solutions across multiple sites, from infrastructure preparation to system upgrades.
• Coordinate and manage all aspects of the deployment process, including scheduling, resource allocation, and risk management.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, IT teams, and external vendors to ensure successful implementation and integration of MES solutions.
• Develop and execute detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets for MES deployments.
• Conduct system testing, validation, and troubleshooting to ensure optimal performance and compliance with industry standards.
• Provide training and support to end-users and site personnel on MES functionalities and best practices.
• Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and addressing any issues or challenges that arise.
• Continuously improve deployment processes and methodologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• At least 10 years of experience in MES deployment, with a proven track record of successful multi-site implementations.
• Strong knowledge of MES platforms, such as POMSnet, Siemens Opcenter, Werum, or similar systems.
• Knowledge on Windows, Windows Server, IIS, Batch Script running and debugging.
• Knowledge on Oracle Schema, Database, tablespaces, indexes, troubles shoot performance issues.
• Knowledge on SQL query, creation, modification, running and optimization. Excellent project management skills, with experience in agile methodologies and tools.
• Strong technical background, with proficiency in SQL, Java, and web services.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively with diverse and global teams.
• Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and leadership skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in the pharmaceutical or medical device manufacturing industry.
• MES/POMSnet (preferable) Aquila and R400 knowledge, know functional modules and features(could be an added value), trouble shooting MES/POMSnet issues.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards (GxP, CFR 21 Part 11).
• Process knowledge of SAP, LIMS, Maximo, and Process Control Interface
