Background
Are you a Paramedic Practitioner looking for a new challenge, or a Paramedic looking to get into primary care?
How do 15-minute face-to-face appointments sound, with the potential to be longer if you wish?
What about no extended hours?
And no home-visits?
Whilst being supported to go through your independent prescribing qualification?
And a salary that reflects your experience and qualifications, not just your job title?

Salary – £42,000 – £62,400 per annum / £21.54 - £32 per hour (DOE)
Location – Aylesbury area
The surgery –
Highly supportive training practice
Multi-disciplined team, including GPs, ANPs, Paramedics, FCPs, Practices Nurses, et al.
Excellent staff retention – many of the team have been here for two to three decades!
100% achievement on QOF score!
Your role –
Part-time to full-time opportunities – minimum of three days per week
15-minute appointments (can be longer if so desired)
All face-to-face clinics of acute, minor illnesses and injuries
No home-visits
No extended hours
Pursue areas of specialist interest
