Group Compliance, Manager

Our client is an established Real Estate and Property Management Group, and is seeking a Manager/Senior Manager to support its Group Compliance program. The role focuses on ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements and internal policies, developing and implementing compliance strategies, and fostering a culture of ethical conduct. Responsibilities include conducting compliance risk assessments, providing training, and advising on regulatory matters to support informed decision-making across the organization.

Key Responsibilities and Qualifications
The ideal candidate will lead compliance initiatives, including creating policies, conducting audits, and managing investigations into alleged violations. They will collaborate across departments to address compliance concerns, develop corrective action plans, and provide guidance on transactions.
