Product Manager - Motor/Auto Insurance Domain

Role : - Senior Product Manager / Product Manager Experience : - 4 years Location : - Pune Duration : Permanent opportunity Mandatory : - Auto Insurance / Motor Insurance Domain The Product Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day tasks associated with the onboarding platform. This includes managing the product roadmap, conducting market research, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring the successful delivery of onboarding solutions. You will be responsible for driving the development and success of our products related to motor insurance, financing , etc. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create innovative solutions that enhance the user experience and meet the needs of our clients in the fintech space Key Responsibilities : - Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the motor domain. - Gather and prioritise product requirements from stakeholders, customers, and market research. - Collaborate with engineering, design, and data teams to deliver high-quality motor insurance products on time. - Conduct competitive analysis and identify market opportunities within the motor insurance space. - Develop user stories and use cases to guide product development. - Monitor product performance and user feedback to inform continuous improvement. - Work with marketing and sales teams to develop go-to-market strategies and support product launches. - Ensure compliance with industry regulations and best practices in motor industry. - Analyse the consumption data on daily / weekly basis for improvement in the solutions - Regularly monitor the client performance and work with them for further innovation Qualifications : - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field. - Proven experience as a Product Manager or in a similar role, preferably in the insurance sector. - Strong understanding of insurance, financing, claim processing , regulations, and technologies. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively. - Analytical mindset with a problem-solving attitude. - Familiarity with agile development methodologies.
