Lead UI/UX Designer - Adobe XD

Job Description : We are looking for an experienced Lead UX/UI Designer to join our innovative team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in user experience and user interface design within the Omni/E-Commerce sector. You will be responsible for creating engaging and user-friendly designs that enhance the customer journey and drive conversions. Key Responsibilities : - Lead the design process from ideation to implementation, ensuring a seamless user experience across all platforms. - Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to inform design decisions. - Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to communicate design concepts effectively. - Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure designs are implemented as intended. - Develop and maintain design systems, style guides, and best practices to ensure consistency across products. - Stay updated on industry trends, user experience principles, and new technologies to continuously improve design quality. - Mentor and guide junior designers, fostering a collaborative and creative team environment. - Analyze user behavior and design metrics to optimize the user experience and enhance product performance. Key Skills : - Proven experience in UX/UI design with a strong portfolio showcasing relevant projects. - Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, or similar software. - Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies. - Experience with responsive design and mobile-first approaches. - Knowledge of HTML/CSS and basic understanding of front-end development. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills. - Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
