Technical Services Engineer

Job Description : We are looking for a motivated Technical Services Engineer with 3 to 5 years of experience to join our team in Bangalore or Chennai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing technical support and services to our clients, ensuring optimal performance and satisfaction with our products. Key Responsibilities : - Provide technical support to clients via email, phone, and on-site visits to resolve issues related to products and services. - Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware and software systems, ensuring smooth operation. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical issues and implement effective solutions. - Conduct training sessions for clients on product usage and best practices. - Develop and maintain technical documentation, including user manuals, FAQs, and troubleshooting guides. - Monitor system performance and perform regular maintenance to prevent issues. - Assist in the implementation of new technologies and upgrades. - Provide feedback to product development teams on client needs and potential improvements.
