Strategic Leadership : - Provide strategic direction and vision for the Data Science and AI Consulting Practice, aligning with the company's overall goals and objectives. - Develop and execute strategic plans to expand the practice's capabilities, service offerings, and market presence. 2. Client Engagement and Delivery : - Lead client engagements from inception to delivery, serving as a trusted advisor on data analytics, AI strategy, and implementation with a solution mindset. - Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and delivering value-driven solutions. - Deliver our engagements in the Data and Analytics area. Delight the customers and ensure that the organizational profitability norms are adhered to. 3. Team Management : - Hire, develop, and mentor a high-performing team of data and AI consultants, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence. - Provide leadership, guidance, and support to team members, empowering them to achieve their full potential and drive success. 4. Business Development : - Drive business growth and revenue generation through proactive business development efforts, including client prospecting, proposal development, and partnership building. - Identify new market opportunities, industry trends, and emerging technologies to inform strategic business decisions and initiatives. 5. Thought Leadership : - Establish the practice as a thought leader in the data analytics and AI space through publications, speaking engagements, Generate White Papers, and participation in industry events. - Stay informed about the latest developments, best practices, and innovations in data analytics and AI, applying insights to drive continuous improvement and innovation within the practice (ref:hirist.tech)
