UX Designer - Figma/Sketch/Adobe XD

Job Description : We are seeking a creative and user-centered UX Designer. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of user experience principles, design thinking, and an ability to create intuitive and engaging interfaces for our products. You will work closely with product owners, developers, and other stakeholders to create designs that improve user satisfaction and align with business goals. Key Responsibilities : - Conduct user research and gather insights to inform design decisions. - Create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to convey design concepts. - Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other designers to create intuitive, user-centered designs. - Design and iterate on user interfaces for web and mobile applications. - Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to improve the user experience. - Ensure consistency in the design language and user experience across products. - Stay up-to-date with the latest UX design trends, tools, and best and Qualifications : - 5-8 years of experience in UX design. - Strong portfolio showcasing UX design work across various platforms. - Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar. - Experience with user research methodologies and usability testing. - Excellent understanding of user-centered design principles. - Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically about design challenges. - Good communication skills and ability to present and justify design decisions. - Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
