Senior Technical Lead - Java

Job Description : - 8 years of IT experience having a deep knowledge of SDLC life cycle covering requirements, design, development, testing, and delivery of n-tier architectures. - 5 years of experience as a software developer. - 3 years of experience as a Technical Manager or a Software Dev Manager. Management skills : - Technical management of the complete SDLC of multiple projects that run in parallel to ensure the deliverables meet the defined architecture, design & quality standards. - Understand Agile development methods such as Scrum or Kanban. - Experience in client-facing or consulting roles. Participate and run technical discussions or workshops. - Experience in leading engineering teams, with or without direct reports. - Prepare elements of sales proposals to represent Neos Alpha's technical expertise. - Build technical capabilities by identifying and grooming developers. - Mentor team members in using Software standards, architectures, best practices and establish governance. - Develop a strategy to build new technical competencies. Technical skills : - Web application development, microservices, APIs, SOA. - Experience with cloud implementation/integration/data engineering. - Knowledge of industry-standard design patterns and multi-tier architecture. - Experience with designing and implementing enterprise architecture at scale. - Lead the translation of the client's business requirements into solution design. - Provide technical delivery guidance for the developers. Soft skills : - Willing to continuously develop yourself and passionate about sharing your knowledge with the wider team. - Excellent communication and documentation skills. - Strong problem solver, structured, systematized and pragmatic. Desirables : - Experience in cloud technologies (Azure, Google Cloud, AWS). - Experience in containerization technologies (Kubernetes, Docker). - Knowledge and understanding of common industry frameworks (ITIL, TOGAF, Prince 2, MSP, Six Sigma).
