Senior Consultant/Lead - Informatica

Job Title : Informatica CDGC CDI CDQ Sr Consultant / Lead Location : Bangalore, India Experience Level : 6 Years Notice Period : Immediate to 30 days Max. Interview Rounds : 2- 3 Rounds Job Description : Role & Responsibilities : 1. Data Governance & Quality Strategy : - Develop and implement robust data governance and data quality strategies in alignment with business objectives and regulatory requirements. - Define, maintain, and enforce data governance policies, standards, and procedures. - Lead data quality initiatives and ensure adherence to data governance frameworks across the organization. 2. Informatica CDGC, CDI, and CDQ Expertise : - Leverage Informatica CDGC, CDI, and CDQ to establish and manage comprehensive data governance frameworks, data integration, and data quality solutions. - Configure and administer CDGC components, including data lineage, impact analysis, and data classification. - Integrate CDGC with other Informatica tools such as IDQ, EDC Axon, IDMC, and MDM to create a unified data governance solution. 3. Data Quality &Integration Management : - Implement and monitor data quality assessment processes and tools. - Address and resolve data quality issues, ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and consistency of data across systems. - Collaborate with data owners and stewards to improve data quality processes and enforce data integration best practices. 4. Data Lineage, Impact Analysis & Compliance : - Track data lineage and analyze the impact of data changes using Informatica tools. - Conduct impact assessments to identify potential risks and benefits of data modifications. - Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA) and enforce data security measures to safeguard sensitive information. 5. Team Leadership & Stakeholder Engagement : - Lead, mentor, and support a team of data governance and quality professionals, fostering a collaborative environment. - Establish strong relationships with business stakeholders and IT teams, advocating for data governance, data quality, and integration initiatives. - Communicate effectively and manage stakeholder expectations throughout the project lifecycle. Required Qualifications : - Proven experience as a Data Governance Lead, Data Quality Lead, or similar roles. - Expertise in Informatica CDGC, CDI, CDQ, and other Informatica tools (IDQ, EDC Axon, IDMC, MDM). - Strong understanding of data governance and data quality principles, methodologies,and best practices. - Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work independently and collaboratively within teams.
