My client, a well respected law firm in Winchester, is seeking a Senior Private Client Solicitor with at least 5 years’ PQE, particularly focusing on Trusts. This is an exciting opportunity to help shape the Private Client department and contribute to the ongoing development of a well established practice.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a diverse caseload of Private Client matters, including wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and probate
• Oversee the Private Client department and drive its growth and success
• Engage in business development and compliance activities
• Collaborate closely with the Directors and management team
• Attend client meetings at various locations in Hampshire.

Ideal Candidate:

• A qualified solicitor with a minimum of 5 years’ PQE in Private Client work, with a strong emphasis on Trusts
• Excellent communication skills, both with clients and team members
• Proven ability to manage a varied workload independently
• A proactive approach to business development and departmental growth
