Solicitor Conveyancing - 2 Years PQE
My client, a respected law firm known for its supportive and professional environment, is seeking a Solicitor with a minimum of 2 years’ PQE to join their thriving team in Winchester. This is an exciting opportunity to work on a diverse caseload in a collaborative setting alongside an industry leader. Initially you will assist with both Residential and Commercial clients, with a view to grow the successful candidate to take eventual ownership of the Residential side of things, once up and running.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a varied caseload from instruction through to completion
  • Draft and approve a range of legal documents
  • Maintain and update the firm’s case management system
  • Ensure all post-completion formalities are handled efficiently
  • Conduct legal research as needed
  • Provide clear and concise legal advice to clients
  • Liaise regularly with clients, solicitors, and other stakeholders
Ideal Candidate:
  • Solicitor with at least 2 years of PQE in property or conveyancing
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and case management systems
  • A proactive approach and ability to work well within a team
