Key Responsibilities:Manage hard asset portfolios and complex, high-value cases.Chase arrears, set up payment plans, and collaborate with the Business Support Manager.Maintain accurate client records in compliance with GDPR.Coordinate with legal service suppliers and third-party agents.Escalate issues and complaints promptly.Adhere to Time Finance plc’s data protection, compliance, and HR policies.Ensure customer matters are handled efficiently and fairly, in line with FCA requirements.
Required Experience:2 years in credit control.Knowledge of FCA requirements.Financial data interpretation skills.Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.Effective negotiation skills.Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
