We're seeking individuals skilled in prospecting and cultivating new business relationships to drive customer success. Join our client's business leading the way in the world of Payment Technology.
The Role
The role of a Business Development Manager is essential to the dynamic, high-growth payments industry, helping businesses across the UK achieve their objectives. As a BDM, you'll have the independence to pursue growth opportunities within the CV postcode territory.
Key Responsibilities:
·Actively prospect for new business through self-sourced leads and cold calling
·Schedule and conduct face-to-face business reviews with each customer to thoroughly understand their needs, enabling you to customise your approach and solutions
·Present market-leading offerings and exceptional savings, negotiating and securing business contracts with new customers
How you'll be rewarded:
·£33,000 basic salary
·£4,800 car allowance + 25p per mile fuel
·Uncapped commission structure with an average OTE of £65k, top achievers earning £100k+
·25 days annual leave, plus 8 UK bank holidays
·Company mobile phone & laptop provided
·Contributory pension scheme
·Share incentive scheme
·Life assurance
·Electric Vehicle Scheme
