About the role of Quantity Surveyor
This is an exciting opportunity for an Assistant Quantity Surveyor ready to take the next step in their career or a Quantity Surveyor seeking a change. This company is a well established property developer with many live projects within London and an office located in Ruislip. You would be working on a traditional build low rise housing project.
Key Responsibilities for Quantity Surveyor
Managing costs and ensuring that targets are met by managing and controlling the budgets and valuations
Produce sub-contract payments and final accounts, ensuring that the sub-contractor has signed these off
Liaising with the construction team and external contractors ready for project review meetings with senior management
Requirements for Quantity Surveyor:
You must be a motivated Quantity Surveyor with good communication skills that is further emphasised by your strong negotiation skills. Your ability to pay attention to detail efficiently means you are capable of meeting all your deadlines.

Hold the full right to work in the UK
Live within commutable distance from Ruislip
