Primary Teaching Assistant
Location: Connah’s Key
Are you looking to support children with the next steps in their learning and development? Join our team of dedicated teaching assistants who are already making a huge impact with students across Connah’s Key.
Requirements for the role:
* Ability to adapt support strategies to meet individual needs
* Strong communication skills and empathy
* Calmness and positivity when faced with challenging situations
* An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service
What will my responsibilities be?
* Provide support with academic tasks, emotional wellbeing, social interactions, to a student or group of students to support their learning
* Collaborate with teachers, parents and students alike to create an inclusive and nurturing environment.
* Prepare the classroom for lessons and support teachers in managing classroom behaviour.
