Residential Property Solicitor

The ideal candidate will have experience in handling a wide range of residential property transactions, from sales and purchases to leaseholds and re-mortgages. You’ll manage your own caseload, working directly with clients, estate agents, and other parties involved in the property transaction process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing a varied caseload of residential property matters, including freehold and leasehold transactions, sales, purchases, and re-mortgages.
• Advising clients on all aspects of the buying, selling, and ownership processes.
• Conducting title reviews, searches, and drafting necessary documents.
• Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders, and other solicitors to ensure a smooth transaction process.
• Handling exchanges, completions, and registrations accurately and within deadlines.
• Ensuring compliance with regulatory and internal guidelines.

Requirements:

• 2-6 years PQE.
• Proven experience managing your own caseload with minimal supervision.
• Strong knowledge of relevant property law, regulations, and conveyancing practices.
• Excellent communication and client care skills.
• High level of attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Ability to work effectively within a team and manage competing priorities.
