Payroll Analyst
Pay rate: £20-£30 an hour (Inside of IR35)
Location: Bristol (Hybrid)
Job Type: Contract -16 months initially
We are recruiting on behalf of a global leader in aerospace innovation for an International Payroll Specialist to support payroll operations across multiple European countries, with a strong focus on UK payroll.
Key Responsibilities:
Partner with external payroll providers and internal teams to ensure accurate and timely payroll.
Validate and analyze payroll data in line with local regulations.
Prepare and manage complex payroll reports.
Oversee payroll processes for new business locations.
Enhance payroll systems, processes, and compliance standards.
Serve as the main point of contact for payroll-related projects and employee inquiries. Requirements:
5+ years of international payroll experience, including UK payroll.
Strong communication skills in English (written and oral).
Proficiency in Excel; experience with Workday and timekeeping tools preferred.
Analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving skills.
