The Opportunity

Are you ready to make a big impact on pricing strategy and business performance? As our Pricing and Commercial Business Partner, you’ll be at the heart of developing strategies that drive growth and profitability.

In this role, you won’t just be a cog in the machine—you’ll be a trusted advisor to commercial teams and senior leaders, using your expertise to shape pricing approaches, unlock new revenue opportunities, and improve our processes.

You’ll dive into pricing analytics, working closely with our commercial teams to develop and implement strategies that are both competitive and aligned with our sales goals.

With your expertise in Salesforce CPQ, you'll not only lead but also improve processes, making a lasting impact on how we set prices and achieve results.

You'll partner with IT to ensure that our tools meet business needs, and provide essential training to help sales teams work smarter.

Along the way, you’ll guide and mentor colleagues, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement, while developing new dashboards and reporting structures to make our pricing insights sharper and more actionable.

You’ll work on developing new dashboards and reporting structures, translating complex data into clear, actionable insights that empower better decision-making across the business.

You’ll play a critical role in identifying new pricing opportunities, enhancing profitability, and collaborating with leaders to align pricing initiatives with our broader commercial strategies.
Who you are

You’re someone who knows how to turn data into insights and insights into action.

Independent, agile, and a clear communicator, you’re comfortable explaining performance drivers to everyone, from commercial teams to senior stakeholders.

You’re well-versed in Salesforce CPQ, adept in Excel, and have a knack for data visualization tools like Qlik or Tableau.

You also bring a strategic mindset, always looking for ways to optimize processes and leverage technology to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

Your attention to detail and drive for excellence mean you don’t just analyse data—you interpret it with a focus on achieving tangible results, and you’re excited by the chance to continuously refine and improve our pricing approach.
