Our client in the manufacturing industry is seeking a Deburrer to join their team. As a Deburrer, you will be part of the Manufacturing team located in Fullerton, CA supporting various teams. The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma, 1-year of experience in silicone operation, chemical processing, or general manufacturing, and be detail-oriented.Job Title: DeburrerLocation: Fullerton, CAPay Range: $21.00What's the Job? Masking metallic hydraulic fittings in preparation for subsequent surface finishing processes. Use equipment to blast specific surfaces of metallic hydraulic fittings. Spray painting of paint or dry lube applications to internal and external surfaces. Using flash cure and oven curing equipment. Cleaning of metallic hydraulic fittings using specified chemicals. Using inkjet marking machine to apply part number and work order information to hydraulic fittings. Sand blasting of parts in preparation of outside processing. Deburring of hydraulic fittings with hand tools. Cleaning and washing parts to prepare for internal processing (sorting, masking, shipping).What's Needed? High school Diploma 1-year of experience as a silicone operator, chemical processing or general manufacturing Must be detail oriented and able to read drawings and basic work instructions. Stand, walk, bend and stoop most of the day as well as engaging in repetitive hand and wrist movements 8-10 hours daily. Able to work independently and in a team environment and lift up to 20 lbs.
