Wehave a great opportunity for an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our rapid growing team providing temp and perm staffin a fast-paced, exciting industry where building strong relationships with clients and candidates is key.

The role of a 360 Recruitment Consultant will include:

• Maintaining relationshipswithclients
• Resourcing via networking and referrals, headhunting, internal database and social media
• Qualifyingcandidates and providing all necessary information in regards to the role and opportunity (face to face or on the phone)
• Business Development - Building your own portfolio of clients, negotiating ratesand managing their expectations/needs
• Taking candidates through interview preparation (face to face or on the phone)

• Confident with the ability to build rapport
• Ability to nurture relationships
• Driven and ambitious, keen to develop your recruitment career long-term
