Job Description
A dynamic building consultancy in London is looking for a skilled and ambitious Quantity Surveyor ready to embrace increased responsibility in a firm that emphasizes professional and personal development.
The Quantity Surveyor's Role
In this position, you will manage a diverse portfolio of projects, including high-risk buildings within the residential, mixed-use, and educational sectors as well as various façade schemes. Your duties will include both pre- and post-contract tasks such as cost estimation, budget planning, preparing contracts and tender documents, financial reporting, and facilitating client and site meetings.

As you deepen your expertise, you will find ample opportunities for career growth, allowing you to take on more intricate projects and guide junior team members. The company is committed to fostering your career development by providing mentorship and resources to help you attain important professional qualifications, such as MRICS. This supportive environment encourages continuous learning and development, paving the way for a successful and fulfilling career in quantity surveying.
This could be the perfect opportunity for an ambitious Assistant Quantity Surveyor who feels they've hit a ceiling in their current role and is eager to take a step up and progress.
