Site Manager - Finishing

We are partnered with a major main contractor to source an exceptional Site Manager. The contractor are seeking a Site Manager who will focus on overseeing the internal fit-out of high-spec residential apartments. You would be taking units on from 2nd fix/whitebox stage and taking them through to handover to the client. There will be a heavy focus on snagging and finishing apartments to the highest standard of detail. You will have client interface and be runnning through snag/defect programmes with the client. You must have strong interpersonal skills to co-ordinate trades and push the programme along. You must have experience working on high-end schemes (preferably super prime schemes).
This contractor is a £500Mil turnover contractor who operate primarily within the new build residential sector. They have won mutiple industry awards in recent years and have a strong pipeline and order book lined up for the next 5 years
