Senior Architect | Bristol | Residential Projects

Known for their high-quality design approach, our client has won awards such as The RIBA, RTPI ‘Housing Design Award,’ and others. With new projects on the horizon, they are looking for a Senior Architect.
The Role:
As a Senior Architect, you'll work on diverse residential projects, from small-scale developments to large masterplans (10-500+ homes), guiding projects from feasibility to planning. You'll have the chance to shape communities, lead teams, and mentor junior staff, while creating sustainable, innovative designs. This role offers a clear path for long-term career growth within a well-established practice.
Key Attributes & Skills Needed
* Minimum of 5 years’ experience (UK based) working on residential housing developments
* Excellent residential layout design & architectural skills for outline and RM applications
* Keen interest in both urban design & architecture
* Good knowledge of the latest legislations and ensuring projects comply with CDM regulations
* Good understanding of producing associated documents including Design Access Statements
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with stakeholders and team members, along with mentoring junior technicians.
* Proficiency in using AutoCAD; Revit experience is an advantage.
* Demonstrated experience in managing and delivering multiple projects simultaneously within strict timelines and budgets.
* Hand drawn sketching an advantage, but not essential
