About the Role:
4Site Recruitment is seeking an experienced Construction Manager / Site Manager on behalf of one of our clients, a reputable contractor in drylining and partition installations for high-end commercial fit-outs. The successful candidate will join a landmark project: a £4 million drylining package. With a start date aimed for early December, this role may involve two Site Managers depending on final resource needs.
Responsibilities:
Oversee day-to-day site operations for high-quality, efficient drylining installations
Manage on-site staff and subcontractors, ensuring all tasks align with project timelines
Coordinate closely with contractors, performing site inspections and troubleshooting
Produce and maintain RAMS (Risk Assessment and Method Statements)
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
Communicate effectively with stakeholders to deliver on project goals
Requirements:
Solid experience in site management, particularly in drylining and partition systems for CAT A and B commercial fit-outs
Proven background in construction project management and site supervision
Strong organizational and leadership abilities
Excellent problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to challenges
Relevant certifications in Health and Safety
Knowledge of current building regulations and compliance standards
