Job Description
At Construction Resources, we’re excited to collaborate with a fantastic HBF 5-Star home builder, based in Birchwood, Warrington.
We’re currently on the lookout for two experienced Customer Care Coordinators to join their After-Care After-Sales support team.
This is a pivotal role where you’ll help homeowners transition smoothly from the handover phase to settling into their new homes.

We’re seeking individuals who thrive in a dynamic environment, enjoy tackling challenges, and excel at building strong customer relationships.
As a Customer Care Coordinator, you’ll be the go-to person for homeowners, addressing post-sale queries and concerns quickly and effectively.
You’ll work under the guidance of our experienced Office Manager and Customer Care Manager and be part of a supportive team of five Coordinators.
You'll collaborate closely with a group of skilled field-based Technicians, who will visit customers and rectify defects alongside the company's subcontract partners.
It’ll be your job to manage their diaries to ensure that customers you have relationships with have their snags and defects rectified quickly!
With over 650 plots currently in warranty and around 9 active sites across the North West region, it’s an energetic atmosphere that calls for a proactive approach.
Ideally, you’ll have experience with a volume house builder - whether a national PLC or regional firm - in a Customer Care or Aftercare role.
In return for your hard work, they’re offering a competitive salary of up to £28,000, along with a potentially lucrative commission structure based on successful HBF surveys (often earning between £200 to £700 per month) and a bi-annual company bonus.
