Job Description
Are you an experienced Site Manager looking to join an established regional Main Contractor?
Would you like to join at the start of a long term project?

Company
* Established regional Main Contractor who have a long term work stream in the London region
* They work on Property Services residential refurbishment projects.
* They have a long term contract and need an experienced Site Manager to help them deliver the project
Role
* Managing a new project starting which is a residential repair and maintenance scheme
* External refurbishment and decarbonisation of residential properties
* New project starting, long term duration
* Directing the Site team and subcontractors.
* Report to a visiting Contracts Manager.

* Person specification
* You must have successfully delivered projects for a reputable contractor.
* Have excellent communication skills and have a proven history of developing long term client relations.
* Knowledge of refurbishment and maintenance works
* Good communication skills with relevant paperwork and documentation.
* Worked on residential refurbishment projects
* Be professional and work to resolve any problems efficiently.
* You must have current CSCS, First aid, SMSTS certificates
This role is offered on a Permanent basis due to the long term nature of the work
