Mentor – Redbridge – Primary school – ASAP Start – From £85 - £100 per day depending on experience

The Role – Mentor
I am working with a school recruiting for experienced Mentors to ‘mentor children in a primary a school, some of whom have SEMH /ASD/ADHD and can exhibit challenging behaviour. As a Mentor this role will require you to be a positive role model, work with children and out of the classroom, working 1:1 and in small inventions, this will include managing behaviour in line with the schools policy. The ideal mentor will have strong behaviour management skills with the ability to build a rapport with challenging children.
The School – Mentor
This thriving primary school provides a high standard of education to children who have SEMH ages 4 – 11. They have a great headship team who ensure that staff have training and support to ensure that you have the right tools to support each independently. They have onsite parking and the nearest station is about 5 minutes walk.
