Help us embed the digitalisation of Ofgem so it is a smart regulator fit for a future energy sector that is digitalising and utilising new technologies and operating models. With such change underway and on the way, it has never been more necessary for Ofgem to transform into a digital regulator and ensure consumers maximise the benefits from a rapidly changing energy market.

You will be responsible for successful change and engagement for Ofgem's Salesforce CRM Programme, working closely with the Programme Leadership, agile delivery teams, and Partners. Business change and engagement experience in digital enablement projects, and process improvement, will be key - you will be comfortable working with ambiguity, with an aptitude for cutting through complexity to find a way forward and you will have excellent judgement for issues management. You will also be a first-rate communicator, in person and in writing, requiring minimal senior direction. You will have an excellent record of delivering change at pace and producing and leading collaboration to produce high-quality content. If you are excited by the idea of demonstrating your expertise, by successfully delivering a powerful new platform into the hands of users- this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities
  • Take ownership of the CRM programme's change and engagement work, supporting tools, and content, ensuring they deliver the most effective approach for driving and embedding change for the duration of the programme.
  • Facilitate the agreement of target benefits for each release and keep the programme change activities relentlessly focused on delivering these.
  • Put the right "leading indicators" and measures in place to enable course corrects and to prove success and build support for the platform.
  • Coordinate and ensure success of demos, feedback sessions, training and communications for end users.
  • Apply change management best practice, tools and techniques to support staff adoption of new digital products. This will include change impact assessments and readiness reviews.
  • Assist with ensuring employee perspectives are reflected in design of Salesforce enabled processes and integrations. This also includes continuous improvement of systems and processes through conducting focus groups and feedback sessions.

Key Outputs and Deliverables
  • A regularly updated change and engagement approach, plan segmented to the different audiences and stakeholders, supported by effective planning tools and engagement with relevant CRM Board Members, Business Leads and SMEs.
  • Training and adoption plans, session plans, and supporting content - with a focus on enabling re-use and self-serve, through online channels.
  • Deliver change impact and readiness reviews and associated action plans and interventions.
  • News articles, blog posts and intranet content delivered to time and high-quality standards to build awareness and to positively promote the programme and Salesforce
  • Oversight of excellent quality content across all engagement channels.
