The position is based in their Birmingham office, with the expectation of working on various projects across the UK. They have a multidisciplinary team of circa 60 whom you'll occasionally work with.

They work on a range of projects including (not limited to):
- Residential
- Commercial
- Solar power/energy
- Indirect EA work

Responsibilities:
Project Management: Overseeing all aspects of landscape projects, including resource allocation, budgeting, scheduling, and risk assessment.Design and Planning: Creating detailed plans and drawings using CAD software, and ensuring these designs meet client needs and environmental standards.Client Interaction: Meeting with clients to discuss their requirements, presenting design proposals, and maintaining strong client relationships.Team Leadership: Leading and mentoring a team of landscape architects and consultants, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality work.Environmental Analysis: Analysing environmental reports and incorporating sustainability and conservation recommendations into designs.Regulatory Compliance: Ensuring all projects comply with relevant codes, regulations, and industry best practices.Business Development: Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities to expand the client base and increase revenue.What you'll need to succeed
Be a Chartered Landscape Architect.A degree in Landscape Architecture.A proven track record of professional experience, with a background in consultancy.
