Software Engineer with a background in product development and system architecture is sought by a well-known platform house based near Birmingham.
Working at the forefront of B2B technology this Software Engineer will play a key role in improving the product portfolio using a wide range of technologies to deliver cutting edge solutions used by millions of customers on a daily basis.
This role would suit a junior engineer with a broad range of technologies who is looking for a clear, fast track progression pathway into a mid then senior level role or a mid level engineer who is looking to gain more experience working on high traffic, complex applications & architecture.
Due to this personality led hiring approach any modern web languages will be considered as long as its supported by a solid system architecture understanding and you are happy to learn and work with Python.

This Software Engineer based near Birmingham should have most of the following key skills:
- Solid commercial experience working within a complex, product led environment
- Wide range of experience in client side, server side or full stack app development with associated technologies - Python, Django, Golang, JavaScript, Typescript, Java, C++, React etc
- Third party integration
- Solid cloud exposure - AWS, GCP etc
- Solid system design understanding - Serverless, Headless, microservices etc
