About the Role:
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented HR and Recruitment Assistant to join our growing team at a specialised educational provision. This is a 12-month maternity cover position, with possibility to be ongoing.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for HR and a strong understanding of recruitment processes. Our school provides a nurturing and inclusive environment for students aged 5-18 with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and social, emotional, and mental health difficulties (SEMH). As an "Outstanding" Ofsted-rated school, we offer a personalised curriculum and dedicated support to help our students reach their full potential.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and manage the full recruitment cycle, from advertising to onboarding new hires.
Maintain accurate HR records and ensure compliance with employment regulations.
Assist with the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
Provide administrative support to the HR team.Qualifications and Skills:
Strong organisational and time management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in HR management systems.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
